Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide from our supplier partners. Estimated delivery times are:
- Ireland & UK: 7–10 business days
- Europe: 10–25 business days
- Rest of World: 15–35 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
